What is CA TINY LIVING process?
1. JOIN and CONSULT
Joining the pre-order list initiates the process; a scheduled consult with one of our experts to discuss design, review requirements, cost commitments, timeline, set mutual agreements and expectations.
2. SIGN and SECURE (Installment 1: Security deposit, order and assessment)
When you sign your purchase agreement contract and secure your deposit (installment 1 of 3).
3. SITE ASSESSMENT and ORDER
Our site survey team will schedule an in-house meeting to assess your property and existing household utilities (electricity, sewage, water) fpr proper configuration and connection. When the assessment is completed, we order your custom foundation trailer from our preferred vendor partner and register it with the California Department of Motor Vehicles (CA DMV), in your name.
Assessment fee is outside of the purchase agreement cost discussed in your consult and documented in your purchase agreement contract.
4. FOUNDATION and FRAMING (Installment 2: Midway, foundation arrives and ready to build)
When your custom foundation is delivered to our factory and your midway installment is received (installment 2 of 3), your pacific pearl is ready to be built.
We use only the finest quality, high-end finishes to build your luxurious pacific pearl. In some cases (based on your site assessment in step 3) we may build onsite. The build timeline is ~45 days.
5. DELIVER and WALK-THROUGH (Installment 3: Completion, due prior to delivery)
The concluding step in the process; build completion, walk-through, your final payment (installment 3 of 3), followed by the most exciting moment for both of us, the delivery of your CA TINY LIVING Pacific Pearl and a toast to your tiny living, big life journey!
What are the dimensions of the pacific pearl?
Pacific pearls are 30 ft. x 8.5 ft. x 13.6 ft.
How long does it take to build a pacific pearl?
From the moment you place your order, CA DMV registration, site assessment, foundation, build and delivery, the process average is 7 - 10 weeks.
How are pacific pearls powered for electricity and water?
Your main house utilities feed electricity, sewage and water to your pacific pearl.
Where are pacific pearls built - onsite or in a factory?
Both. We typically build in our warehouse and deliver to you. Though, depending on accessibility and/or lot size, we offer the option to build on site.
Does CA TINY LIVING offer finance plans?
Yes, we can refer you to a third-party finance vendor or based on your qualification profile.
