 I live in a desirable area in San Diego. Most of my neighbors have granny flats and DIY sheds. When I compared the options around costs, permits and timeframe to build a granny, it was a hard "no". With CA TINY LVNG, the price was right and turn around time of 45-days to build, went from "no" to "no brainer". I have a great tenant, a waiting list of renters and extra income. Excellent investment.
